Over the last year, I’ve transitioned from a sales focus to property management. Actually, that’s how I got my start in real estate. In 2009, I began managing multifamily apartment communities. Some of them had upwards of 300 homes! I’m proud to have been named Property Manager of the Year by WRH Realty and the First Coast Apartment Association. That experience and my time as a licensed real estate agent have led me to a new position. Currently, I’m the Director of Property Management for Coldwell Banker Vanguard. As a property manager with expertise in the real estate market, I understand the financial benefits of owning an investment property.
